Veteran Hair Stylist and Apothecarist, Millie H., established Full Circle Candles within her salon, Full Circle Salon Suites. Responding to the increasing interest in natural hair and body products, she developed massage oil candles and body butters initially for her clients. After receiving positive feedback from her customers regarding the efficacy of her products, she launched Full Circle Candles in October 2019.
