Shipping Policy

Shipping:
Orders placed before 11 AM Eastern Time on weekdays will generally be shipped within two business days. However, orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on Mondays using the chosen shipping method.

Between April and September, we take extra precautions to maintain the quality of our products. During these warmer months, we use insulated packaging and gel ice packs and only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays using expedited shipping methods.

If you choose the 2nd-day shipping method on a Wednesday after 11 AM Eastern Time, your order will be shipped on the following Monday. Similarly, orders placed after 11 AM EST on a Thursday using the overnight shipping method will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Shipping and handling rates are determined by the total amount of your order and the preferred shipping method. You can find an estimate of the shipping cost at the checkout. We adjust our shipping schedule to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition, taking into account both warmer and cooler weather.

At the moment, we can only accept online orders for shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping. To guarantee the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to post office boxes.

Responding to the increasing interest in natural hair and body products, she developed massage oil candles and body butters initially for her clients. After receiving positive feedback from her customers regarding the efficacy of her products, she launched Full Circle Candles in October 2019.
